If you do not see the cancellation button under the Subscription tab on your account page your subscription may already be cancelled. We provide a cancellation confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, or no longer have access to the email address on file, please email customerservice@neighborhoodscout.com, or call 508-753-8029 to confirm the account has been cancelled.
