If a neighborhood overlaps multiple cities, it is assigned to the city with the greatest share of overlapping population. Any area appearing transparent on the city page map is primarily associated with a different city. Neighborhoods assigned to other cities can be reached by clicking on the transparent area of the map.
Why are there areas within the city legal boundaries that fall outside any of the city’s neighborhoods?
